Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
- You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your order details once payment is successfully verified.
- A tracking number will be shared once your order has been dispatched from our facility in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

Packaging & Product Care
- All products are hygienically packed using food-safe, tamper-proof packaging to ensure freshness and purity.
- Natural and wellness products (e.g., Amruthanelli, Viva Garlic Honey Boost) are packaged to prevent moisture, heat, or pressure damage during transit.
- We use eco-conscious packaging materials wherever possible, aligned with our commitment to sustainability.
- Each package is inspected before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or unsealed package, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email or phone number via SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website using the provided tracking number.

Non-Delivery & Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after 2 attempts, the package will be returned. Re-shipment charges will apply.
- Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and mobile number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
- Bhuratna by Samruddhi Niryat is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events.
Important: Perishable or short shelf-life natural products cannot be reshipped if returned due to non-availability or address errors. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select PIN codes across India. Availability will be shown at checkout based on your location.
- A nominal COD convenience fee of ₹25–₹50 may be applicable depending on order value and location.
- Prepaid orders (UPI, Net Banking, Cards) are processed faster and may receive priority dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging via WhatsApp or email. Our team will resolve the issue promptly.
- For eligible cases, we offer a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
