2. Products & Pricing

- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product per order, per household, or per customer at our discretion.
- In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after order confirmation.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging, colour, or appearance may vary slightly from what is shown online.
3. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we confirm your order and dispatch it.
- We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.
- All online transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
- For COD orders, payment must be made in exact cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. COD is subject to availability based on your PIN code.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if we suspect fraud, insufficient stock, or any breach of these terms.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days. Please contact us if the issue persists beyond this window.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India from our facility in Kerala. Estimated delivery times vary by location (2–12 business days depending on the zone).
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

5. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Due to the perishable nature of our food and wellness products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products that have been opened/used.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
