Namaste.
I have always carried a mind that seeks to understand how life truly works. Blessed to begin a spiritual journey early in life, I spent years reflecting on the deeper connections between our body, the food we eat, and the soil that nourishes it.

One living cycle
At one point in my journey, a profound question arose within me: How deeply are we connected to the earth beneath our feet?
The more I observed life, the more I realized that soil, food, and human health are not separate systems—they are one living cycle.
The Discovery
During this inner exploration, I discovered the teachings of Dr. Khadar Vali.
Like a hungry caterpillar seeking nourishment, I listened to his lectures tirelessly, studied them, and most importantly, practiced what I learned.
The transformation I experienced through personal experimentation revealed to me the immense potential of traditional millets.

I began to understand that many modern foods have lost their vitality because the soil itself has been depleted. If the soil loses its strength, the food loses its nourishment, and eventually human health suffers. I asked myself: What can be done?
The answer that emerged was simple yet powerful—return to millets.
Millets are among the few crops that still carry remarkable nutritional value while demanding far less from nature.
They can thrive with minimal water and fewer chemical inputs, and their cultivation has the potential to restore soil health.
I realized that if awareness and demand for millets grow, farmers will be encouraged to cultivate them, creating a positive cycle for both people and the planet.
From this conviction,
Bhuratna was born.
Bhuratna is not merely a food brand; it is a movement to bring these ancient grains back into everyday kitchens—not only across India, but across the world, to everyone seeking health, balance, and a more harmonious relationship with nature.
Their Character
What I admire most about millets is their character. They are resilient, strong, and generous. They give more while demanding less. In their quiet strength, I found values that I wish to imbibe in my own life and in this enterprise: to offer the world the very best with humility and responsibility.
The Name
The name Bhuratna comes from two ideas: Bhu (soil/earth) and Ratna (jewel).
To me, these grains are jewels born from the earth—transforming soil into nourishment, nourishment into health, and health into a more balanced ecosystem. They serve a dual purpose: caring for human well-being while healing the planet that sustains us.

We believe that a simple change in what we eat can create a profound change in our bodies, our farms, our water, and our environment. Every millet meal is a small act of regeneration.
This is an invitation—not just to buy a product, but to join a transformative journey. A journey back to mindful food, living soil, healthier communities, and a more balanced planet.
Welcome to Bhuratna.
Positive Millets. Positive Living.
